1980's Chanel Haute Couture off-white Persian Lamb jacket trimmed in burgundy and cream passementerie. High mandarin style collar can be worn fully extended or turned down for a less formal look. Provenance from a well known American 1950's cabaret singer. In excellent condition, rarely worn as she lived primarily in California during the height of her career. Persian lamb is a light weight flat fur which is not considered endangered and was favoured by women as it could be worn on cool nights in more southern climates. No signs of matting, or wear to the fur, fully lined in cream silk, very clean, Chanel couture label intact.
