Lovely details of a necktie to be worn tied or loose at the neckline. Flounce dropped waist hemline. Covered buttons at the cuffs and small faux mother of pearl buttons that close tunic style on a placket down the front. Fully lined in white silk with matching heart fabric lining the underside of the skirt. Very flowing and forgiving while also short and sexy. Fits like a US 6/8, marked EU 42. In excellent condition.
