1980's black velvet and emerald satin cocktail dress by the French designer Isabelle Allard. The dress has a sweetheart neckline, fitted bodice and pencil style skirt. The sleeves and bust are made of a black velvet while the rest of the dress is a sleek emerald satin. There is a tie at the bust and two pockets on the hips trimmed in matching black velvet. Zips up the back, in excellent condition. Fits like a US 4-6.
