Classic and timeless Celine 100% wool forest green cardigan and gabardine skirt ensemble from the 1970's. The set features a cable knit v neck cardigan with gold tone metal accents. Slit pockets at the hips with horse bit details. The pleated skirt is high waisted with a half green leather and gold chain belt like detail at waistband. Inverted stitched pleats on the front and back. Overall A line shape. Centre back zipper with hook and eye. Lined in a corresponding dark green all over logo lining. 2.5" hem for alteration if needed. The cardigan is made in Italy and the skirt is made in France. Both pieces are dry clean only. Very good vintage condition - some wear to the gold details on the cardigan. The green of each piece is slightly different. Extra button sewn to interior of cardigan. Minor invisible mending to the cardigan. An iconic 1970's ensemble that has inspired the current Celine runway pieces. Overall fits like a US size 4.
